Aaron on Using Lloyd Mear’s Numbers

Aaron: I am Aaron. My blessings and love to you. I know I look like Barbara. Please don’t get caught up in, “who am I” or “am I real?” These words are being spoken. If what is said is useful to you, use it. If not, discard it.

You are spirit. You are energy. You are light. You are made up of a billion different frequency vibrations in different harmonic gatherings. If these frequency vibrations are nudged a little out of place, then distortions arise in the body.

The frequency vibration being nudged out of place is not the cause for the distortion. The frequency vibration being nudged out of place is an expression of the distortion. The distortion happens for many reasons: genetic, environmental, karmic. There are myriad forces that are a part of any distortion. But when the distortion comes into manifestation, the frequency vibration will always become unbalanced, showing the distortion.

There are a number of ways to help bring that frequency back into balance. Recitation of the numbers is one. It works best to use diverse methods together. Some of you have worked with looking at karma and past lives. People have worked in meditation to see some of the habitual tendencies that are creating imbalance in the body and in the mind and to release those patterns. Noting these imbalances karmically is helpful. Finding how to come back to a place of center in meditation is helpful. If something is imbalanced, why is that imbalance held in the body?

A vital tool is simply remembering that right there with the distortion is the undistorted. Nothing is broken. Let go of the IDEA of distortion and come back to the ever-perfect.

Lloyd’s numbers are a wonderful tool here, because they bring you right back to that ever-perfect. The bodies remember. And his numbers are so accessible. His book – I had not seen the book before – is brilliant, because you can use these numbers yourself. You don’t have to wait for Lloyd’s verification, “There’s imbalance here,” but just test it for yourself. If the number helps, great. If it doesn’t help, then stop using it.

Gradually I think all of you will become intuitive through your meditation to center in on the places of imbalance and ask, and all of you have spirit guides that you can ask, “What do I need here?” Ask about a specific area of imbalance or if that is unclear, hold the intention for the highest healing for the highest good, and simply open the book. Trust “this is the number that I need right now.” See what happens.

The number generated for Barbara in the lucid dream, (in a lucid dream, Barbara’s vision was blurred and she asked for a number to heal any imbalance there, and received one that Lloyd verified later as helpful for her blindness in one eye) this is something all of you can do. It’s not just through lucid dreaming; that was helpful, but when you hold the intention to rebalance something then you take whatever tools are at your disposal.

For example, we teach loving kindness or compassion or forgiveness meditation. Sometimes that’s the tool that’s needed to open the heart. If the heart is closed and the whole body energy contracted, these numbers are not as effective.

We practice meditation that brings attention to areas of contraction. You will start to feel the contraction in the body. Go directly to that place of fear. That which is aware of fear is not afraid. Try to find the simultaneity, the fear and contraction and “Ahhh, right here with that contracted state is spaciousness.” These numbers will not work well in a state of contraction. You can keep saying them; it won’t hurt. Eventually you’ll open up and they’ll start to work better. But they’ll work best when the heart is open.

This is where your highest intention, not for me but for the highest good of all beings, becomes important. The heart open, that these numbers will serve to bring this body into balance. Why do I want this body in balance? Not just because it’s uncomfortable or inconvenient when out of balance, but because I can be of higher service from a place of balance. So I choose balance. Then I invite the intention that these numbers help to restore the balance.

One more thing: you are restoring the balance, not creating the balance. The balance is innate to you. That’s why the numbers work. They are reminding your body of its innate balance, your mind, your spirit, your emotions, of the innate balance.

Once month Barbara offers a service out in Jackson in which an entity whom we call The Mother incorporates. The Mother holds darshan, spending a short time with each person. People come up, take her hands, look into her eyes. The Mother is not healing anyone. We do not call the service “healing” but “remembering wholeness.” What happens when people take the Mother’s hands is that they remember whatever wholeness they are seeking. Then they meditate and begin to see the resistance. What does this distortion protect me from? Why am I holding onto this distortion? As the heart opens and there’s increasing clarity, use of the numbers becomes increasingly effective and stable.

I salute and honor Lloyd. I think the work he’s doing is wonderful. I would be happy to answer questions, if there are any.

Q: If you hold the intention of allowing the balance frequency to come into you with an open heart chakra, do you really need the numbers, or will it automatically go into balance with that intention?

Aaron: I hear your question. If you break your leg, do you need crutches? (Q: Yes.) And then the leg heals. How many people, as the leg is healed and the doctor says, “Now you can get off the crutches,” are still afraid to put weight on the leg? The numbers support you until you are ready to walk alone.

Q: Thank you. Very well understood.

Aaron: But let me add something here. Without the numbers, it’s like walking without the crutches. It hurts! It hurts! Yet one can walk! One benefits to allow the gradual progression of that shift of readiness. We come back to remembering wholeness. All of you are whole. There’s no reason for your distortions except they are karmically, genetically, and environmentally created. And you believe in them. As long as you believe in them you keep re-enacting them.

One thing that saying the numbers does is to remind you, “This perfection is here.” At that point it’s not so much about the numbers as the willingness to respond and re-express the perfection. So the numbers are a powerful ally. And they do go directly to the place of the distortion.

I would like to say something here. This is a metaphor I’ve given sometimes. Suppose we came down to a dock on a hot summer day. All your friends are out there swimming, but you don’t know how to swim. I give you a lifejacket and you strap it on. You’re a bit timid. You climb down the ladder. You see that it supports you, and then you doggy-paddle out to your friends. Day after day throughout the whole summer you do that.

Ten years go by. I come back to the dock one day and see you strapping on this mildewed, moldy, waterlogged lifejacket. “What are you doing?” “It’s my lifejacket. You gave it to me ten years ago. I need it.” So I ask you to go back down the ladder, and let go. Glub, glub, glub! Down you sink. It’s waterlogged. It no longer supports you. You have been swimming,

Now try to imagine this. Part of you knows, “I really don’t need this anymore.” But part of you is still afraid to take it off. The numbers help support the knowing that it’s safe to take it off. They offer you something stable to hold to, such as the knowing that you can swim.

Q: Is the amount of time that it takes the physical body to incorporate the release of the distortion, does that have to do with how long one has had an issue? For instance, if using the numbers preventively, if something is just starting, will that clear faster than if it has been long term?

Aaron: New distortion shifts more quickly. Barbara has been deaf for 40 years, so it’s going to be a gradual process for there to be hearing. There’s more to it, though. If the karma is not fully cleared from the situation, saying the numbers will help remind the body of its innate perfection in that area, but one still has to do the inner work with the karma. One can force it, in a sense, and bring forth healing, but it won’t be stable because one has not done the work with the karma.

You’ve seen this at the Casa where people ask the entities for help with something. They’re not willing to do the inner work. They go home and they get sick again. So do you want just a quick release, or do you want to go all the way through and really release this issue for all time? Are you willing to do that work?

But the numbers open a door, in that case. They give you a clearer path. And then you still have to do the inner work.

Are there any other questions? (people saying thank you)

You’re very welcome. My blessings and love to you, and my appreciation for all of your deep intention toward healing, whatever that means to you. Please remember that healing does mean remembering wholeness. There’s nothing in you that needs to be fixed. There’s never been anything that’s broken. It’s a mirage. Come back and know your wholeness, and say the numbers with love, not with grasping, not with fear. Knowing your wholeness.

I will leave the body. Thank you for hearing me.
