Opening Chakras by Saying Our Name; Testing Chakras with the Pendulum
Barbara: We’ve been talking about chakras and reviewing what Tavis demonstrated with chakras and using a pendulum to test the openness of the chakras. Looking at what areas of chakras are most opened and closed. Just starting to record now.
Aaron: My blessings and love to you all. I am Aaron. Someone asked me recently why I say “I am Aaron,” when obviously I am Aaron! My name has an energy imprint, as do each of your names. When I say “I am Aaron,” it helps hold that energy in place, and it also is a way of, let us say, stating who and what I am. I cannot lie about my name. My name, of course, is not MY name; thousands of beings could claim “I am Aaron”. I could say, “I am Nathaniel.” I have been Nathaniel in a past lifetime. I have been a Thai monk. And I am none of those. But there’s a certain energy that goes into the name.
So now, we use the name in this lifetime. I’d like each of you to say, “I am (your name).” Say it all together. (They do.) Say it again. Say it several times. Say it with conviction. (They do.) Can you feel something opening, when you say your name in that way? Can you feel it?
Tavis: I can feel energy flow throughout the entire body.
Aaron: Yes, you feel the energy flowing through. Saying your name allows the chakras to open and the energy to come through, except if you are somebody with a deep sense of unworthiness, self-hatred. Then saying the name “I am so-and-so” can close everything. But I see that everybody here—and some of you do suffer from feelings of unworthiness—but still, everybody in this circle, when you said your name there was an opening of energy. Did you feel it?
Say it again. Say your name again a few times. (They do.) Can you feel the openness?
When you have an intention because you’ve experienced some kind of distortion that is painful or uncomfortable, something is closed up in your body, there’s not a fullness of knowing, “I am.” Not even with the name. Try it again, “I am.” (Group: I am.) “I am.” (Group: I am.) Again, “I am.” (Group: I am.) Are you willing to be? Some of you are saying, “I am…” Let’s hear it: “I am!” (more repetition) I am the beloved consciousness expressing, the expression of God/Goddess/All That Is, expressing into the world. I am that sunbeam, that ray of radiance and beauty. I am! (Group: I am!)
When you come to spirit and ask for support, for release of a distortion, if you ask from the (weakly) “I am,” it doesn’t go very far. “I am love, and I choose to release this or that distortion. I am love. I am Jim, Ruth, Edna. I am!”
Many of you when you state your intentions are offering those intentions from the place of (weakly) “I am.” Maybe I’m not worthy of receiving of the fulfillment of the intention. I am small, I’m holding myself small, for whatever reasons.
So let’s practice this one more time, “I am” and your name, said with love for yourself. (group repetition) Can you feel the energy?
Now speak from that place, that love of the self, not because of the ego but love of the self as an expression of God; reverence for this particular expression of the divine that you are. Think to yourself your intention, any one intention. Hold out your hands as if you know you will receive. Your name, “I am,” and then you can ask for the intention silently, but hold out your hands, waiting to receive it. Co-creating with spirit. No meekness, no hiding behind something because you’re unworthy. “I am here. Thank you for fulfilling this—helping me co-create the fulfillment of this intention.” Let me state that clearly; they are not fulfilling the intention; you must co-create it. “Thank you for helping me co-create the fulfillment of this intention. I am ready to receive that fulfillment. Thank you.” I am Aaron. I am.
Now take a pause for a minute and check your chakras, see how open they feel. Note if any are closed, and spend a few minutes inviting them to open…
(pause)
I’m still incorporated in Barbara’s body. Interesting to see the swinging of the pendulum of the Aaron energy.
If you are imperfect at this, that is not a problem. This does not mean you’re unworthy, if the chakra does not open promptly when you bring attention to it. It’s a learned skill. You start to look at the places of resistance and hold them tenderly in your hand rather than wanting to bash them against a wall. “No— no resistance!” “Yes, hello, resistance. I hold you lovingly and bring you into my heart.” That which is aware of resistance is not resistant.
You have free will. The entities want what is best for you, for your highest good. They will support you in that. They will never support harm to you. But they cannot make you receive that which is for the highest good. You have free will. A negatively polarized entity might come along and say, “Do this, do that,” to try to push you. Positively polarized entities just hold the space for you until your heart opens and you are ready. And of course, what we’re inviting here are very highly positively polarized entities. They fully honor your free will. So, you have to practice observing where you close up, the habitual areas of contraction, and to move into the space that is not contracted right there with contraction.
And it’s interesting—I would not ask you to do this now, but if you watch a place of contraction and the pendulum is not moving well, if you stop and bring love to this place of contraction and, using my phrasing, that which is aware of contraction is not contracted, the chakra has its own awareness. Inviting the emergence of that awareness. The fullness of love, held within each energy system of the body, and the body opening and willing and ready to receive. And then the entities will support that.
So, let us pause here now. I’m going to release the body. I want you to move into the pairs and practice, one person pushing for a bit, taking time for the other person to respond. Then the other person pushing. Take time to test with the pendulum: what is open, what is closing? And if something is closed, know that on the relative level it is closed, on the ultimate level it is never closed. Put your hand there, wherever it may be. “I invite the full opening of this chakra for the highest good of myself and all beings. I invite it. I welcome it.”
When you feel that it’s more receptive, then ask spirit to help support it. Going to a specific entity, just reaching for your own guidance, whether or not you have consciousness of that guidance. Or asking an entity like me, the Mother, Father John, Brother Love, or whatever entity with whom you feel a connection, to please support the full opening and receptivity of that chakra, and then do a bit of testing with the pendulum. Gaining confidence this way that the loving heart and awakened heart do have control here. You can make clear choices based in love. You don’t have to follow the old habitual patterns that closed you up.
Is everyone clear on what I want you to do?
(audio ends, next audio)
Barbara: We’re talking about chakras. I’m not recording the discussion and people’s statements. Aaron says that we all come from different places. Some of us have all fully evolved on Earth from mineral and vegetable and animal through human. Others of us have lived on other planes, evolved…. (asking Aaron to speak directly)
Aaron: I am Aaron, but not fully incorporated in Barbara’s body. You are from the stars, from many places, from all over. Some of you are Lemurians; some of you are Pleiadeans, some both. Some from here or there or elsewhere. Some of you have come into Earth by birth into a body; some of you are walk-ins. Each being will be different.
If the chakras reverse for some reason, it’s usually because there is a subtle resistance to that momentary human experience, and it’s helpful to know that and just stop and breathe and give yourself as human time to settle into this human experience. Nothing bad or good about one way or another, just respecting the self for the experiences of the self, and knowing each is unique.
Barbara: He says thank you…
(audio ends, next audio)
Aaron: I am Aaron. My love to you. (laughing) I’m not really Aaron! I am many things, but “I am Aaron” is a good summary of it.
This evening and in your meditation in the morning reflect on the intentions that you are holding here at the Casa these weeks and the bigger intentions that you hold for long periods of time. Do a little testing. When you state an intention, then try working with the pendulum. What happens to your energy system when you state that intention? It may be an intention to be kinder to yourself. Does that help the chakras open, that intention, or do they close? What closes, if it closes? An intention to heal the pain somewhere in the body. When you state the intention, what happens to the chakras?
In what way is that an intention a push, and in what way are you hardening around that push, rather than softening and dancing with it?
Do you understand what I’m saying? If no questions, I will leave it at that, just that simple instruction, and we’ll talk more tomorrow.
Q: I did this exercise; all my chakras reversed, with the exception of the crown chakra. What does that mean?
Aaron: It could mean 10,000 different things! Don’t worry about it; just use it as a ground for exploration. If it reverses, some part of you is hardening and closing. Perhaps it’s a little voice that says, “Am I doing it right?” Or perhaps it’s a, I don’t want to say this or that, it could be 10,000 different things. Rather than worry about it, simply note, “When I do that, this happens. I choose to have the chakras all moving fully and in the same direction. I invite support to understand this.” And then, you begin to gain insight into it and what it means. The exercise simply becomes a mirror shining back on yourself so that you can see the pattern and say, “Okay, this is not the pattern to which I aspire. So, I invite insight, I invite release of any pattern that has some distortion to it.” That’s all, as simple as that. Nothing wrong, nothing bad. Okay?
If no other questions, we’ll end. We’ll see you in the morning.
