Mary Speaks on Essene Times, Balancing the Elements in the Earth, Elementals, Kabul

This talk lightly reviewed by Barbara and Mary. This version omits personal portions

Barbara: Mary has been talking to me and telling me some of the things she wants to speak about. I can see she really wants me to be a mouthpiece for her, a spokesperson, to use this body, and her energy is so high and clear.

I’ve been looking at feelings of unworthiness and do I have the purity, clarity, to channel this very high and loving wisdom. And one of the things I’ve seen and she’s talked to me about, you know I was Aaron/Nathaniel’s son Mark in Yeshua’s lifetime. I was a teenager, and I loved Yeshua very much. I was so angry that I couldn’t save him from being crucified that I felt helpless. I didn’t have the advantage of the ongoing daily teachings of the Essene school there at Mt. Carmel because a lot of the time I was out with the sheep with my father, with Aaron. Of course I learned a lot from Aaron.

So, she said that many of the people who loved Yeshua, including people like Mary Anna, his mother, and others—the women who were at the foot of the cross, as he died, and others from the Mt. Carmel community—that many of them were burdened with feelings of unworthiness and with anger and so forth that carried through a number of lifetimes. She wanted to point out to me a lot of my present feelings of unworthiness are just still coming from that lifetime. And that to be a clear channel for her, it’s time to lift that shadow, to release it.

So, I’ve had some very beautiful meditations. I no longer really experience unworthiness and shame, not in any way like I did 20, 30 years ago. Obviously it still comes up occasionally and I simply note it and back away from it, hold space for it, know it’s just a story, let it go. But it still creates some knots and heaviness.

So she said the most important thing I can do to be a clear channel for her is really that “I consecrate this mind, body, and spirit to the light. I release anything that’s not light.” And to know these old stories of shame, many of them going back to that time and Mark’s anger. And Mark eventually was crucified. I think you know that. Not eventually, just a year or two after Yeshua’s death.

Just to release all this with love. I’ve been doing a lot of meditation to that end. I don’t know if it’s getting (met there)! But I’m aware that it’s a choice. I can choose to let it go.

So Mary here is asking you—she’s not incorporated yet; she’s asking you, do you know who and where you were 2,000 years ago? Aaron has never told you that? Okay. She will first talk, and then if there’s some personal things she wants to add, she will add them.

Mary (B): My love to you, my friend. And I do come as friend. I am simply Mary. I am not a teacher; I am a friend. But I am a friend with considerable skill and knowledge.

You always have the authority about yourself, but I speak from a place of deep spiritual authority. And I hope that those who seek me out will listen with an open heart.

I love you, Q, and I greatly value your work. The teaching you have done, the commitments of your life, I have looked at all of this through Barbara’s eyes. With your permission, I would like to look in the akashic records, also.

Let me give a bit of background about myself. I was born in Turkey to a father, James, given the name Maryam, M-a-r-y-a-m (pronounced like Miriam). A place called Tyania, T-y-a-n-i-a (pronounced like Tiana).

Joseph of Arimathea was a good friend of my father. My father was a merchant. Joseph often came to our home, so I knew him from the time I was a baby.

Joseph, of course, was so vital to everything that happened 2,000 years ago, providing the transportation, organizing. Nobody could have moved around without him. He was really an essential link to this.

When I was a young child, I’d say about 8 or 9 years old, my father died. Joseph had come before his death and he asked to bring me home with him to Jerusalem. From there, as I matured I would have the benefit of more of the Essene education.

My mother agreed that I would go with him, so I grew up in Joseph’s home, and it is there that I, of course not met, but in that lifetime met Yeshua. And all this was planned in many ways before any of our births.

[The voice sometimes drops below the background noise.]

So Yeshua and I saw each other often as children. He was a few years older than me.

Eventually we parted, me to go to the Egyptian mystery school, of Isis, to have that education that led to my becoming in that tradition a high priestess, and Yeshua to follow his education that led to him becoming a high priest.

I do not use these words “high priestess” and “high priest” lightly. We had been trained in so much depth AND that training would have been irrelevant if we had not had the deep grounding that we had, the deep intention to <>, literally to raise the vibration of the earth.

Of course, it was no accident we met in Joseph’s home. We understood from that childhood beginning the work that we had to do together. We did not know exactly where it would lead, only we knew that Yeshua’s work was to bring down that light and anchor it into the earth, and my work was to help release it, let it spread out through the earth. The masculine and the feminine, the vertical and the horizontal. And this is of course what transpired.

We had been preparing for this work for over 1,000 years, in one way or another. And many who participated in some way had been preparing with us, learning their roles, their ways of support.

Why am I here now? I have been here, of course, all along, through the centuries, available.

There are several things that are important in why I come, and of course Yeshua is here too; he speaks through Barbara. You have come to know him in that way.

His work was, and still is, to ground that high energy, and my work was, and still is, to help spread it out.

The two of us together, Yeshua and I, as masters in the spiritual sense, can carry this high energy to the earth. But every being has free will. It is as if we can bring a banquet in to feed those who are starving. But if the starving people have been taught that the food is poisonous, they will not take the food. We can bring the high energy and high vibration, but those who are starving cannot even let it get close to them; they immediately armor themselves.

So, we—Yeshua and myself and some others like us—we are fully dependent on beings like you and like Barbara and other loving humans, others deeply grounded and committed to the teachings of love and awakening, to help carry trays of the food out to the people, because the people are unwilling to come up to us.

You are the carriers, the bearers, of these traditions of love and awakening. You offer them with great tenderness, skill and passion. I just want you to know that we are behind you constantly with the trays filled with food to hand to you to take out to the people.

We are available to answer your questions. We cannot do this work without people like yourself, humans. Spirit cannot do it alone it takes a human to take that high energy into themselves, draw it in, and then, like your tonglen practice, to breathe it out. To breathe in the suffering and release it. Can you do that with the image, feeling Yeshua with his hands on your shoulders? Breathing in the suffering of the world, his hands on your shoulders and my hand on your heart.

Look at Kabul with these eyes. The people thronging the airport, desperate; knowing they will likely die if they do not escape. Feel his hands on your shoulders and my hand on your heart, and breathe in that suffering, and release it…

And feeling his hands on your shoulders and my hand on your heart, breathe in the light, more light than you ever thought you could bear. And release it to those who are suffering…

And again…

I would ask you, my friends, not to shield your heart in any way from that suffering. To know, with his hands on your shoulders and my hand on your heart, your heart has infinite capacity for that suffering. Breathing it in, letting light fill the heart, breathing out…

There is an image Barbara saw that holds in my mind. Three young children, maybe 2, 4, and 6 years old, holding hands, crying, clearly lost from their parents. A throng of people around them that threaten to trample them. They are terrified. A young man, who looked like was an American soldier, came up to them, literally picked up all three of them in his arms, comforting them as he carried them just 10 feet to one side so they could not be trampled. Feel Yeshua’s love flooding through this scene. Feel these children receiving that comfort. Feel these children being safe, these children as symbolic of 10,000 children, being safe.

We now have important work to do together, you and many others, with me and with Yeshua. The world has become out of balance—out of masculine and feminine balance, out of balance in the elements—in so many ways. And perhaps a core of the earth is to support—let me say this carefully. On the ultimate level there is never imbalance; there is nothing to fix. But to remember the true balance, and to become that which holds the balance and therefore helps the earth to re-engage in its own balance. Remembering, knowing, knowing love, knowing balance, knowing the openness of the energy.

One of the most important things for me to do is to help re-invite the Divine Feminine into the country, into a world that has become so grounded in masculine energy. This, I think, is one of the predominant things happening in Afghanistan. This is the masculine showing its face and demanding its power back.

And if enough throughout the world can hold that high feminine energy in response to the Taliban—we’re not out to overthrow the Taliban; we’re out to shift the Taliban, each heart individually. That’s part of it, to assist the people to remember the love in their own hearts and come back into balance, so that perhaps a few years from now the Taliban can be a much more loving force rather than an overly masculine energy, and a violent force.

This is the kind of shift that will be required throughout the world. We don’t want to push it too much to the feminine either but keep it in balance in each individual and in the world.

Think of the water element; let’s use that as an example. Water element unbalanced becomes either boiling or frozen. Balanced water is fluid and open. Earth energy unbalanced becomes volcanic lava or deeply frozen earth in which nothing can grow.

The whole earth is crying out for support, for balancing. One of the things I think is most important for your class is discussion of bringing in balance to oneself and to the earth around you, both sentient beings and the elements, and how you can use various dharma practices to support such balance.

I’m noting things here in addition to the basic teaching you’ll be doing. Of course, watching arising emotion in oneself without becoming caught up in or enacting that emotion is vital. This is something that Yeshua taught— and I taught, also—to the youngest children at Mt. Carmel. People must remember this.

But beyond the personal, the balancing of the earth. I spoke at some time in the past week of the distinction between the element and elementals. This is something, Q, that you might like to reflect on in meditation. See if you can feel the difference.

Water. Water can look still and pretty, free of any debris, and yet be flat and lifeless. I’m sure you have encountered water that, while it looks serene, just felt like it had no energy.

What I call elementals— I’d like you in meditation to try to feel these elementals. Water is perhaps the easiest place to start, although the air element is also easy. That which is alive in the water—I don’t mean separate living creatures from the water but the—I am searching for the word… the conscious bits of the water, the conscious bits there within the water element, that I call elementals. In the water you can sometimes see them as flickering bits of light.

In the air, when you do your Pure Awareness meditation and you see the bits of light in the air, you are seeing the elementals that are part of the air element.

The inert element—water, air, or any—it is not conscious. It can be eventually conscious, but it is not conscious. The elementals can receive light and love, and they invigorate the element, and the element grows in vibration. In this way, we raise the vibration of the entire earth.

As the elements grow into a higher vibration and a higher consciousness, this is what will lift the consciousness of the earth and allow earth to ascend into a higher density planet.

The other vital thing I have come to teach at this time is the interrelationship between the consciousness(es) of sentient beings, of you as human, and the consciousness of the inert matter of the earth, spoken to through the elementals that are essential to each element.

When you praise a flower or a weed or an ant or a kitten, when you hold love for each expression of the Divine, this is what will allow the earth to move into a higher vibration. Earth increasingly will become uncomfortable for those of very low vibration, choosing to stop fighting and go elsewhere. I don’t mean we’re going to kill them all off—not in any way. As they release the body in this incarnation they seek a different place of living, because earth is an uncomfortable vibration for them, it’s too bright. Gradually, the whole thing evolves.

So, I just wanted to give you some idea of my intentions… I have spoken of a lot of this with Barbara already. You and Barbara have offered yourselves to be of service to the light. I come as a representative of the light, saying, okay, here are some ways that you, with your special tools and skills and love, in which you can be of service.

If you are willing, I think it would be useful for us to meet with some regularity through this semester, talking about what you are teaching and some of my suggestions for where you might want to go.

I am inviting you into my, let us not call it an army, because that brings up visions of violence; but into my circle of love, into my circle of disciples, of which you have long been a part. But to consciously know your active role in that circle.

Thank you. I believe you know of my love and respect for Aaron. I don’t know if you read the transcripts that Barbara sent out recently. There were several excerpts that were sent out.

Aaron as Nathaniel was a great blessing to many of us. He was the friend who would come in from the fields, sometimes carrying a lamb for the children to cuddle and feed, play with, while he sat on the edge of the circle and listened to the teachings going on. And he was the one that so many of us could approach and say, “Nathaniel, could I talk to you about this or that?” He was wise and loving, so deeply able to hear. He was not, as you know, not yet a fully awakened being, but very close to that.

Between that lifetime with Yeshua and his awakening lifetime, it seems like there was only one human lifetime, maybe not even one. But he studied on many other planes, learned a great deal, so that when he came back 500 or 600 years ago he was ready for that awakening, and that brought in much wisdom.

So many of us love, respect, and appreciate Aaron, so I am delighted that he is your teacher. There’s nothing I can tell you that Aaron cannot tell you. But I am happy to be a part of this, too.

I speak simply as a friend, here, but I think you know that I am far bigger, vaster than simply Mary sitting here speaking to you. And I will offer out of the vast storehouse within myself what I feel will be of use to you, for you to take or lay aside. It is always your free will choice.
