The Mother’s Intention for Remembering Wholeness: Seeing Divinity Reflected Back to Us
Barbara: Good afternoon, everyone. Welcome… The Mother has indicated she’s going to do something a bit different today. While talking with me last night and this morning, said she wanted to communicate a number of things to all of you.
In the name of time, the private meetings may be a minute shorter so that she has time to give a general message to everybody, but she thinks it will apply for everybody and be useful.
That said, I’m just going to give you the Mother…
The Mother: My love to you all. You have called for me and I have come. I am the Mother. And it gives me much delight to spend this time with you each month, and to be of service to you. I find you all so beautiful, living so much in your loving hearts, working so hard.
People have asked me, what is my intention with Remembering Wholeness?
It’s changed from 7 or 8 years ago. Then, it was specifically to help you remember that you are whole. To stop trying to fix yourselves, for there’s nothing broken, but to truly know the beauty and radiance of yourselves.
And the intention here was to help you be more at ease in your many bodies—physical, emotional, mental, spirit body. To shine. To suffer a bit less, as you come to remember the true self.
You have been hearing Aaron and Yeshua and others talking about the process of (earth) transition, and a few people have asked me: What is happening with that? And does what we do here in Remembering Wholeness help toward that transition? How do they relate?
I’d like you to stop thinking of the transition as moving from this floor of the building to that floor. You may imagine you’ve been working hard, wandering the hallways, and you finally find the elevator and boom! You’ve moved from the 3rd floor to the 5th floor. That’s not how it is.
Through the work that you are doing in your meditation and living your lives in clarity and love, you are raising your vibrational frequency. You’re ascending in consciousness but not always stably. So, some days you may be of a more clear, loving consciousness, and other days there may be anger or fear that get in the way of knowing and resting stably in that higher consciousness. As mindfulness increases, you are able to be more and more open with uncomfortable catalyst.
As all of this is happening, your DNA is also changing. All those changes allow you to maintain a higher level of vibration—vibration, as in light and sound.
I’d like you to think of it this way. If we were all off to climb a 22,000 foot mountain and none of you had been in training, we would start by taking ever longer hikes on level ground or just up a thousand feet, climbing up to a thousand , then to two thousand feet.
Through passing weeks, even months or years, you would find that as your body conditioned to the higher elevation, and as your muscles strengthened, you could climb now to 5,000, then even to 10,000 feet. You do not stay at 10,000 feet; you reached it on rare occasions and then descended.
And then we do more conditioning and exercise, and one day our hike takes us up to 15,000 feet. “Oh, look at that view! Wow!” And then, back down into the valley again.
But you don’t go back down to zero. Once you’re at 15,000 feet we’re going to go down to 10,000. That’s a place where it’s stable. And then we go up again—tomorrow’s hike is going up to 17,000 feet. Your lungs are becoming acclimated. Your muscles are getting strong.
We get up there, 17,000 feet. “I never thought I’d make it this high.” But we’re not going to stay there; it’s too uncomfortable. Down you go to, maybe now 12,000 feet is stable. Maybe you need a break. You think, “I need more oxygen.” You go down to 6,000 or 7,000 feet, spend a few days there, and then, up we go again. Going up, and up.
So, this process of ascension is like that. You are in physical bodies. They must become used to this high vibration. It can be very uncomfortable as well as beautiful. So it’s both. You move forward and back, forward and back, forward and back.
I have never been a singer, nor has Barbara, but I am told by some musicians who have pure and beautiful voices, that they can sustain a very high, clear, perfect note for a certain number of seconds, and then they must come back down an octave. They can’t stay up there.
When I speak with you in darshan, what I hope I am doing is reminding you that you are radiant and beautiful spirit, reminding you of the light and of the innate high notes within you.
And then, yes, you slip back down. And then, back into that high note again, and higher and higher, and clearer and clearer.
Our work here together with Remembering Wholeness is for me to reflect back to you your own divinity so that as you see me, you are not seeing just me but yourself—not the Mother who is divine but also you who are divine.
And then, of course, the weeks go by and you slip back down. “Me, divine?” Getting stuck in the fear and the anger and the pain.
But then you talk to a friend who smiles at you and says, “You are so beautiful, and I love you.” And it wakes up some of that memory of – yes, we are all divine.
I see the transcendence of the earth into a higher density, into 5th, 4th—I don’t really think of it as 3D, 4D, 5D. 4D is fleeting, as Aaron has said to you. 4D is the group experience, and you’re already in 4D much of the time. But this shift to 5D, holding that vibration literally as a vibration of light and sound, that is anchoring itself back into the earth and raising the vibration of the earth so that the earth can support your personal vibration and you feed back into and support the earth’s higher vibration, until all of it eventually becomes stable at 5D.
Those who are not ready for transition, as Aaron has said, earth-like planets are being prepared for these beings, an ongoing process for several thousand years. So, as earth transfers itself up into a higher vibration, those who are uncomfortable with that high vibration—the air is too rarified for them at 20,000 feet—they don’t have to stay there. A new planet is being prepared that will be also grounded in love and will give those who are stumbling around in the dark a bit, who are still filled with consciousness of service to self, it will give them as much time as they need to stumble around and get their footing with a lot of loving help.
Thus, what we are doing here, please enjoy it personally and take the utmost personal value that you can from it. But also, see yourselves as all holding hands and working your way up the mountain.
But if some of the group tire and say, “I can’t breathe anymore, I’m getting too high,” we all can go down 2,000 feet and settle into a stable place for everyone to rest. And then we go up a bit more. And some of those who are ready will let go of the hands, just take the hands of a smaller group and go another few thousand feet up, each finding the vibration that bests support their own process.
“This new Earth,” people ask me, “is it going to look different?” I look out my window and see sky. I see trees. I would hope that there will not be air pollution, that I will be looking at clearer skies. I would hope that there will not be some of the kinds of blights on the foliage, on the vegetation, that have been caused by misuse of the environment. But basically, the same Earth.
The difference will be that, wherever you look, there is light. Light! So beautiful. Light shining through everyone and everything. It’s already there. But many of you armor it and don’t let it out, and others of you armor yourself and don’t let yourself see it, don’t let it in.
You are tender. It’s hard to feel that high vibration. It’s a bit frightening because it is asking of you to take the major step of letting go of so much self-identification with the aggregates, and instead, to begin to identify with the true self which is not the individuated self but which is the All.
What do we mean by the “All”? It is not you. It is not each other. It is not earth. It is not God, Goddess, Divinity. It is everything put together, because no piece of that can exist without the other.
Oh yes, Divinity can exist; even you can exist. It would be like putting one shoe on in the morning and saying, “I’m dressed.” You want the clothes and the socks and to comb the hair, put on the whatever you put on on your faces. “Ah, here I am, I am complete!” Putting on a high vibration.
Interestingly, you wake in the morning within that high vibration. You don’t have to put it on; you have to remember not to let it fall away. When you first wake up in the morning, the high vibration is already there.
So, that’s what I wanted to communicate to you. This is why we hold these Remembering Wholeness sessions. I’m glad it makes you individually feel good. I’m glad you learn something.
But more important to me is, please feel me reflecting you back to you, your own radiance and beauty.
I love you very much. And it is such a joy to me to see you opening and learning, each in your own ways.
This Earth is blessed to have sentient beings like yourselves who are ready to take this on, to do the training to move yourself into that rarified air of the heights and become stable there, in that high vibration and light.
I love you.

(General non-personal comments to individuals below, lightly edited)
Long ago, 30 years ago, Aaron began to call people “angels in earthsuits”. Why is it so hard to believe that you are that angel?
As with my climbing description, you don’t have to stay up there at 20,000 feet if the air is too thin. It’s okay to come down a bit. You’re an angel whether you’re at 500 feet or 20,000 feet. At 20,000 feet, the air is a bit different, the vibration is a bit different… But that doesn’t mean you have to be stable at 20,000 feet.
When you come down to your, at present, normal vibration, instead of despairing, “Why can’t I stay up there?”, just stop and be where you are, because you are always in both places. This human body, this human consciousness is at this present level of consciousness, and the ascended angel in you is up in the heights, and it’s okay not to be stable in both places at the same time.

When you start to feel that high vibration is a strain of any sort, that you need a break, go out and take a walk. You can’t lie in the sun—you’re in Michigan in November— but sit in front of a sunny window. Listen to some music that you enjoy. Eat some food that you love. Just hang out and read a good book. And it doesn’t have to be a deeply spiritual book. Listen to rock music, or whatever is not, in your mind, the highest vibrational music, but just brings in some enjoyment…
If you keep pushing yourself to stay at that higher energy level, that higher vibration, it becomes very tiring. And it’s okay—not only okay but vital, to give the human that you are a break.
Then we talked about going up and down. As you come down and rest, you’re going to be able to get up a bit higher when you next try. And then rest. And then again. And then rest.
You do not have to stay up there to do the work you wish to do to help others to move up. Stability—not the highest frequency, but a stable one—is much more important.
When you find yourself becoming exhausted, remember, “I need a break.” Just that.

On a so-called spiritual path for many lifetimes, there is deep aspiration to be loving and to live in service to all beings. But there is also some judgment of the self when a non-loving thought arises, or when one just is tired to the point that one cannot give such a strong and loving service; then one judges the self.
Please keep in mind your humanness. If you did not have this body, it would be easy to maintain that higher frequency. But the physical is by its nature heavy. As soon as you lose what you think of as feeling spiritual, then the thought pulls you into a lower place.
Let’s imagine that we’re climbing that mountain together. You are quite a good climber. There’s one place where the wall goes almost perpendicular, but you have the skill and the equipment so you begin to climb up it. There’s a plateau at the top. “I want to get there.” You’ve seen some other people up there.
You’re climbing; you’re climbing; you’re climbing. But it’s steep. Your muscles are not yet attuned to the effort needed to get up there. I say, “Come on back down to this plateau underneath and rest. We’ll try it again later, or tomorrow, or next week.” Give your whole energy field time to recalibrate itself. In terms of the metaphor, give your body time to restore itself.
And now let’s go out and climb it again. It’s another day. Climbing, climbing, climbing. Can you feel that the muscles are stronger? And yet you still can’t make it up to that highest plateau. Come down. And again, and again.
And finally, one day, with the training to stabilize, in the case of spirit that we’re speaking of, that higher frequency— up you go! It’s become stable.
What I see happening for a number of you is that there is a subtle “I should” and such deep yearning to ascend in frequency, and not enough patience with the human aspects of yourself that are heavier vibration—the physicality, the emotions, and so forth.
The more you can develop deep compassion for the human doing this hard work and patience with the human, the less the challenges of the physical, emotional, etc. muscles, the more you’ll be able to hold stably into the higher vibration.
But if you say, “I should be able to do that,” how can you do it?
Please have more patience and compassion with the self, knowing you are a radiant being working very hard.
And also, please consider if somebody has started at 1,000 feet and now they’re struggling to get to 5,000 feet, well, the air is not so thin at 5,000 feet. But if somebody is at 15,000 feet and working toward 20,000, the air is going to be thin. It’s going to be harder.
The higher you go, I would not say the harder it gets; in some ways, the easier it gets, but the more challenge there is to remember compassion and patience with the human form that is holding this consciousness and advancing it forward.
Please remember that wherever you are, I am right there beside you. I am always available to you. I always offer a resting place. I carry around a ready-made ledge that you can sit on and rest.
So be kind to yourself. I love you.
