Ariel on Earth History; Good and Evil
Aaron: My greetings and love to you all. Two weeks ago we spoke at some length about negativity, working with negativity, recognizing it, moving away from fear of it. In speaking privately to someone since that day, I spoke about the fact that, at some level, each of you has at some time in the distant past been far more negative than you are now, that you have all done things in service to self, have all acted without clear spiritual awareness in ways that brought harm to others. Many of you have looked at that dark side of your nature; some of you have not.
It feels very important to me that you begin to understand that there’s no duality, that what you term “evil” and what you term “good” are not opposites, that evil is a distortion of the attempt to do good brought on by a strong ego and need to serve the self. Thus, one grasps at comfort, or whatever it may be; but instead of that grasping being for the service of all beings, it becomes for the self. That distortion grows out of a place of fear that creates separation so that you lose track of your true nature as part of all that is.
And yet, this process of moving through negativity is an essential part of your growth. It’s that catalyst of Gurdjieff that we’ve talked about: how can you practice compassion without a catalyst for it? How can you learn without mistakes?
I see evil not as ultimate Evil, but as light attempting to bring itself back into Light and heal itself of distortion. And yet, unfortunately, the by-product of that attempt is often a great deal of pain, so I cannot condone the continuance of such misunderstanding. But, even there, each being must remember that the continuance of such misunderstanding is an outgrowth of fear, and that the being with that misunderstanding is to be loved and treated with mercy because the degree of his or her negativity is the reflection of the depth of fear.
When you understand this then what has been termed “black magic” takes on a different perspective. Yes, it is an effort made by beings who wish to serve darkness rather than Light. What they do not see is that one cannot truly serve darkness because even darkness is evolving into Light. The only way to serve darkness is to feed it with more fear.
There have been civilizations upon Earth that understood this. There is a long history of Earth beyond recorded history. I cannot give you dates and times here, but there have been civilizations like Atlantis, and other lesser known civilizations, that had deep spiritual understanding. And, in fact, humans have lost that understanding and they’re only now beginning to come back to it. There have been societies in other parts of the world whose philosophy seemed simple, but who truly have understood spirit and integrated it into their lives much more fully than modern Western civilization has. Even the Native Americans of this country had a far deeper understanding of spirit.
I don’t want to merely get lost in history here, but to look at the ways the lessons of history may teach us about present fear, about some of the understandings that have been lost. In reading a book recently, Barbara came upon the name of a civilization, Lemuria, and began to ask me about it and I told her I could not speak about it firsthand, but could bring a “guest lecturer,” so to speak. I don’t know if we’ll be successful at this.
This being that I would ask you to allow to speak to you is of a higher frequency vibration than myself. It is a being whom I regard as a teacher, a very wise, very old and beloved being. It has incarnated once briefly, but has never moved through the process of recurrent incarnation. It is what you might refer to as an angel. It moved through a light plane, which it moved into as a fourth density being, given birth at that density, so to speak, through a process that I will not take the time to describe. But it broke off as that spark of God that each of you are and it found itself in a nursery with other such light beings and with more adult light beings of a higher density who had chosen to be part of this group entity to care for it. It then evolved into fifth and sixth and upper seventh density. At a point where it could have made the choice to move into eighth density, it instead made the choice not to, but to return into the upper limits of sixth density to re-take its mental body in order to teach.
Barbara has communicated with this being, we will call it a teacher, but she has not tried to verbally channel it. I do not know if she will be able to channel this energy and, if she’s not able to do so today, we’ll try again. To do so, she will need to trance channel, to allow this entity to speak through her with less of her own consciousness there. Trance channeling will allow her to raise her own vibrational frequency to a level that’s more in harmony with this being’s level.
I will ask her first to stretch for a moment and then settle herself and take a few minutes to become quiet, and would ask all of you to move into as deep a meditational space as you can. If Barbara is able to trance channel this teacher, it will be very important that you do not touch her while she is channeling. If her voice becomes too low, simply move closer and you can re-hear it on the tape. It will also be necessary for one of you to be responsible for turning the tapes. Is there anyone who is uncomfortable with our bringing in such a guest speaker?
Q: Why can’t we touch Barbara while she’s channeling?
Aaron: It’s rather complex and has to do with the electromagnetic frequency of both her spiritual and physical bodies. In order to do this there must be a balance, a harmony, between all of Barbara’s bodies and the frequency vibration to be extremely high. There are two things here. More important is that the touch by a body whose frequency vibration is not as high will serve as a ground that lowers Barbara’s frequency vibration causing a distortion between the physical and spirit bodies, which will cause her acute discomfort and disorientation.
Barbara is wondering as I say this why that doesn’t happen as she’s sitting on the ground, which is also of a lower frequency? She has accommodated herself to the ground as part of her surroundings, but would not be anticipating, and therefore could not have time to accommodate herself to, the change that such touch would create.
The second reason is simply that she will, quite literally, be out of her body and the sudden touch will create, again, a shock and disorientation and great discomfort and fear. Do you have questions?
(Flurry of group responses)
Aaron: It is not such a disaster as all that if you touch her. If somebody is riding a bicycle and tumbles off, there is disorientation and discomfort but it can be dealt with. It simply would be highly preferable that you not touch her. I don’t want to frighten you into thinking she will shatter and disappear. That is all.
(Question?)
Aaron: Your deep concentration and meditative state will help to open a channel. That is all.
(Long pause as we all go into meditation)
Teacher: I greet you, my brothers and sisters. You may call me Teacher, but I wish to state that you are all teachers. Each being is both teacher and learner and thus, while I come to you from a higher density, I also learn and am grateful for your willingness to invite me into your circle. This instrument is fading. (Long pause)
Aaron: What we’re trying to do here is, essentially, to get our wires connected straight. Please bear with us. As with your televisions, we are experiencing technical difficulties. It will be straightened out shortly.
Teacher: I have a name that your tongues cannot pronounce, but translated into your words it would be “the multi-colored light that dances,” which of course describes many of you. Yet, the essence of what I have been is that which is called a “light dancer.” I am very old and have seen many of your civilizations come and go, both on Earth and in other universes.
What we have settled for here is not quite trance channeling, which I would have preferred. Barbara is not completely ready to let go of control of herself to that extent so it is conscious channeling with Barbara in a far deeper trance than usual. And yet, it is still being run through her. Therefore, there is more possibility of her distortion of words, although I will correct her if that occurs.
Some of you are thinking that I sound a good bit like Aaron. This is the combination of the fact that the words are coming through Barbara’s consciousness and the fact that Aaron and I have been together for a long, long time. In a sense, we are part of the same group entity, of which I am an elder and he, a younger. And yet, not so different for all that.
It has been considered that I speak to you today of things which that dear being you know as Aaron can only speak to you of secondhand, to give you a bit more of your very distant history, and, beyond that, to help you begin to let go of the duality of good and evil.
I want to describe a place to you, both the physical environment and the people there. This is not Atlantis, but a, let us call it a predecessor of Atlantis, which was called in your language, Lemuria. Your science tells you how life evolved on Earth, and that it did, indeed, from smallest microorganisms into the great variety of life that you know today. And yet, as with any planet and any universe, there is always loving guidance for that life, as well as a very strict “hands-off” policy which does not distort the directions that life would choose to take, but always honors the free will of every entity.
You are familiar with so-called guidance from UFOs; and yet, unfortunately, many of the UFOs that visit your planet are what we would call negatively-polarized entities, I believe you are familiar with this term, and their violation of your space is a distortion of the law of free will. There is a problem here in that those of positive polarity take it upon themselves not to violate your free will, and yet, it is difficult to reach you when there are those who would violate that free will. It is not a violation of free will to work with the spirit on the astral plane, and those of you of high enough density, high enough clarity, let us say, and high enough vibration, will choose to work with teachers on the astral plane and make your choices for the coming incarnation relevant to the service that you can perform as it relates to the past lives that you have lived and the skills that you have attained.
Are the limbs of this vehicle usable? (The teacher tries them out.) Thank you… (to Barbara for the use of her arms?) As an example of this– one moment, please. We are having some problem getting this entire body working in coordination with itself. (Long pause.) As an example of this, we have the being such as the musical prodigy who retains the skills from past lifetimes and brings them back into this present incarnation. Each advance of humankind in knowledge and skill and understanding is, in essence, a gift given on the astral plane with the decision made by that being to come to Earth, to incarnate and to manifest that skill. There is always guidance in developing that skill, be it a material skill or a depth of wisdom and understanding.
This does not, by any means, indicate that you are puppets. Each of you has free will, but you are wearing blinders and only aware of the small part of your total existence that is here in a physical body, and not of the many decisions that you’ve made on the astral plane as to what work you chose to do and what ways you would serve in this incarnation.
Now, let us suppose that humankind is ready for some new degree of wisdom. Let’s use atomic science as an example. A deeper understanding of subatomic particles, which will help to clarify for you the real nature of all life, carries with it simultaneously the possibilities of the misuse of atomic energy. We have what is world-wide karma here and, at a stage where those who are your elders feel certain that you are ready for such knowledge, then those beings choose to incarnate who are capable of channeling and relaying such knowledge.
When I say “channeling,” it is not necessary that that information is channeled by a spirit that is wiser than yourselves, but may be channeled by its own higher self, as all of you have deep wisdom at that level of your being. Still, there is strong guiding energy behind it. The positivity can use this route to reach you without infringing on your free will, as contrasted with that negatively-polarized energy that might come in UFOs. This is not to say that all who come in such UFOs are negatively-polarized, there are those who watch, but all intervention that changes the course of events on Earth is meddling, to say the least.
With this in mind, let us go back to this civilization of Lemuria. There was very wise energy which saw the capability of the human form and understood the deep possibilities for learning and for service through that form. There was a, let’s call it a protective umbrella around the Earth in those days, and that energy which channeled through to share deep spiritual understanding and to allow a race that truly was free of fear and free of any sense of separation, from the Earth or from each other, that energy created a protective umbrella to guard and protect that which is was nurturing.
In a sense, what I’m telling you here is the story of your Garden of Eden put in other terms, more fantastic sounding in some ways and yet, far more accurate than that biblical myth. I was among this nurturing party so I am able to tell this story firsthand and believe that is why Aaron asked me to do so.
Distortion of light is always possible. (I believe it is easier for this vehicle where I do not use its hands.) Distortion of light is always possible. There were those among this nurturing party who became so involved in the work that they did that they sought to possess it, in a sense. Rather than having a deep level of faith and love and offering that as protection, when negatively-polarized beings became interested in this depth of spiritual beauty that was being created, they sought to get rid of that negativity, that awareness of self and other, because, in effect, that’s what it was. Until that time, each of us in that nurturing party were part of a sixth density group entity beyond any sense of self and other, but with the desire for protection of that which had sought to nurture came a sense of self and other, and that was the first distortion that created self-awareness and other-awareness. And that distortion among part of this nurturing party was, of course, carried to those whom it sought to nurture because these beings were very clear channels of spirit, all of them. There were no doorways at all, no walls, but a very clear passing of spirit and thought back and forth from guides to incarnate beings. It truly was that Eden that your Bible speaks of, a place where all learning and love flowed with total freedom and without distortion.
Picture, if you will that you are planting a garden and the first flowers are coming through the soil. There is a group of gardeners, all beloved sisters and brothers, and you welcome together the rain and the sun, which nourish your garden. Carry this visualization a step further. Some of your brothers and sisters notice that the garden at times seems to receive more sunshine or more rain than they would wish for it and, rather than welcoming each and trusting that the balance will be found, they strive to bring in more of one or the other, to protect the garden, but also, to own the garden, in a sense. Can you see the distortion that that would create? And the conflict?
Because the humans were such clear channels, this distortion of possessiveness, even if possessiveness grown out of too much caring, too much attachment, became carried to the humans there, thereby breeding that first distortion of self-awareness and distinction between self and other on Earth. This was the birth of fear and separation on Earth, and it is interesting to see that that sense of fear and separation did not grow out of negatively-polarized entities but out of positively-polarized entities who moved into distortion of negativity through the attachment that grew out of their love.
I want you to see this and understand it because it is a part of all of you, that your own negativity is not something to be hated or despised, but is a distortion of the strength of your love, a misguided distortion, yes, but not absolute evil. Nothing to be feared or hated, but a part of yourself to be reintegrated into the whole so that the distortion may dissolve.
Lemuria continued, but now with negative distortion as part of it, still open to tremendous spiritual insight, but also, the path had now been opened to negatively-polarized entities to move in and speak through. At that point, to separate it further from Earth, the entire area of Lemuria lowered into the sea, excepting several mountain peaks which became islands. Those of Lemuria continued as a separate race, let us say, that the distortions might not spread so readily. A result of this episode was that those guardians who had been positively-polarized and sought to defend moved themselves into some degree of negative polarity. It was a time of great anguish for those of us who participated, one that I will speak about further at another time should it interest you to hear that.
Many of you have had contact with Lemuria at some time in one or many of your incarnations, not all of you, but many of you. This doesn’t make you special, better than, other than, it simply may interest you to know that, and I will not increase your speculation as to which of you. I think you will know within yourselves if this touches a spot of “home” to you or not.
Our connection is a heavy drain on this instrument’s energy. She will learn to raise her vibrational frequency to a point where I can channel more clearly through her, and it will be far easier for her when she is able to allow full trance channeling. I do not wish to tire her or drain her energy further and will stop here for today. I will be glad to return at another time and I honor you, my brothers and sisters, with my loving respect for your deep spiritual work which draws you to know such things. I thank you for hearing me and ask your blessings with mine that all beings may find wholeness. I will return you to Aaron.
Aaron: Just a brief word here. Barbara will need some time to come out of this trance, at which time she can be aided by a glass of water and by your love in whatever ways you are able to share that to help her make a very sharp and possibly painful transition from the higher energy she has been experiencing back to a far lower frequency vibration. She will feel something akin to withdrawal symptoms from that energy. As she practices with this, she will make such transition with more facility. Please do not touch her until I suggest that it is suitable. That is all.

Barbara: Would it be easier in terms of my energy if I was able to trance channel?
Aaron: Most assuredly, yes, but do not force it, child. You will learn how to do it. It is hard to trust that which is yet unknown to you. I believe that when you read the transcripts you will feel more at ease that you can trust this energy, as you trust me, not to say anything which violates your own values. There is no urgency here. That is all.

Aaron: My intention here was simply to let you hear firsthand about how negativity came into the world, to give you a better feeling for your own negativity through my teacher’s story, to help you to find less fear of your own negativity. While the story in itself it not new, I hope that the firsthand account of it is something that you can take to heart. It is a story that has moved me deeply and I hope that it will do the same for you. I felt it would be more meaningful as a firsthand account. That is all.

Aaron: Your question is understood, Q. Please understand that this is secondhand. I was not there. The humans were simply that, they were humans, third density beings, having evolved through first and second density. But at that time, they knew no fear. They were totally open, totally connected with Spirit. There was no veil of forgetting in the sense that you know it today. But there was also not a need to act solely out of will and determination because there was no fear to oppose the fully open heart. So, there was the potential to create that true Garden of Eden on Earth.
These beings were human and yet, telepathic with each other to some extent, fully generous, caring, open-hearted in their relationships one to the other. They were able to do this because they were in constant connection with their spirit guides who taught them to a deep level. There were emotions, but there was equanimity with those emotions. The human still did possess all four bodies, but did not need to be reactive. When I say there were emotions, there was not fear nor anger nor jealousy nor greed, but there were the emotions of joy and sorrow, just the sunshine and the clouds.
What went wrong perhaps in this experiment is that those negatively-polarized entities who sought, essentially, to land a spaceship on Earth and distort this Earth, were seen by some of those of this sixth density guiding group as a threat, something to be overcome and gotten rid of, rather than as something to be allowed with trust that harm could not come from it as long as it was allowed in and given love. Perhaps these humans would have been fully capable of extending love to such negatively-polarized energy and would have converted that energy in some way, brought it to more positive polarization. But they weren’t given the chance because there were a few, just a few, of this guiding group who worried. Their love became distorted into fear for that which they loved, so they did not offer it the opportunity to evolve on its own, but distorted its free will by attempting to shield it from that negatively-polarized energy.
You see this every day in your desire to protect those you love from that which you feel will harm them, although your deeper wisdom tells you they must learn it for themselves. Does this clarify the issue for you? That is all.
Q: Do our myths of Lucifer as a fallen angel come from this event?
Aaron: Yes.
Q: Where did this negative energy come from if there was not negative energy present before?
Aaron: A misunderstanding here. It was not that there was not negative energy before that. There was certainly negative energy in the universe. There was not negative energy on Earth. Does that clarify it?
Q: I just wondered how sixth density beings without an emotional body could worry?
Aaron: The problem here, Q, is that those beings without an emotional body still feel joy and sorrow, still feel love. It is a far more impersonal love. And yet, one must constantly be aware on any plane, at any density, at any level, of one’s evolution or distortion may occur. Mindfulness is not something you practice now and can forget about in fourth density. I’m sorry to disappoint you. Mindfulness must carry through all the way. Simply put, those beings lost mindfulness because of the intensity of their love and allowed that love to become distorted. Do you understand?
Q: What happened to the sixth density beings that moved into this distortion that led to the distortion in third density? Did they move to a lower density?
Aaron: They chose to reincarnate in third density, work again on the Earth plane with the emotional body. That is all.
Q: What was the purpose of reincarnating into a world that has no fear? (Barbara misunderstood the question, thinking it was about the sixth density beings reincarnating as third density.)
Aaron: They became aware that they had moved back into reactivity of an emotional body and chose not the most comfortable, but the surest, place to do the work they needed to do to again dissolve that emotional body, to find equanimity with it, let us say. There was too much power from their emotional body to allow them to simply move into fourth density, at which space their own lack of equanimity with emotions would have caused harm to others. In fact, all of that group entity chose to move into third density incarnation. For some, such as this being who has spoken to you today, there was only one incarnation at that time, but it was decided that it would be best for all of them to experience/re-experience third density, to re-clarify their energy. For some it was a far lengthier process. Does that answer your question?
Q: That wasn’t my question. What I wanted to know was what was the purpose of third density beings reincarnating on Earth at that time?
Aaron: Earth was in an experimental stage, you might say. The purpose at that time was much akin to what is presently fourth density and fifth density. Had it remained that type of Garden of Eden then fourth density would have been experienced on Earth. We are now moving into a new age where perhaps that again will be possible, where you come back to the possibility of Eden on Earth. Is that clear?
Q: I have a quick question of clarification. Does the myth about Abel and Cain represent the two groups of sixth density beings incarnating at third density, the positively-polarized beings and the negatively-polarized beings?
Aaron: Yes.
